The America by Air gallery is one of eight new and renovated galleries in the west wing of the National Air and Space Museum. SmootDC and its joint venture partners completed renovations on half of the museum. The east wing of the museum will remain closed while it is renovated.
The museum has been undergoing a seven-year renovation that began in 2018 and includes redesigning all 23 exhibitions and presentation spaces, complete refacing of the exterior cladding, replacement of outdated mechanical systems and other repairs and improvements. The entire project is expected to be complete in 2025.
Mark offers more than 30 years of experience in construction 管理ment, project financing and administration, and real estate development to public and private clients on a very diverse range of project types.
